1. Nature of Service

BVOOM provides digital services, including website setup consultation, technical demos, and project initiation services. All services are delivered digitally and involve professional time and resources.

No physical products are sold or shipped.

2. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services and immediate allocation of professional resources:

• All payments made on this website are non-refundable
• The ₹199 Website Setup Booking / Project Initiation Fee is non-refundable
• Once a service is booked or initiated, it cannot be cancelled or refunded
• This policy applies even if the user decides not to proceed further after booking.

3. Full Website Service (₹4,999 Plan)

For full website development services:

• Refund eligibility, if any, depends on the stage of work completed
• Any exception is handled at the sole discretion of BVOOM and communicated in writing
• No refunds are guaranteed for services already delivered or initiated.

4. Cancellation

• Users may request cancellation before service initiation
• However, no refund will be issued for any cancellation request

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in service suspension and account restrictions.

We encourage users to contact us for clarification before raising any payment disputes.
