All services are delivered digitally. No physical products are sold or shipped.

We do not provide investment services, financial advice, or income guarantees. Any outcomes depend on individual effort, skills, and third-party platform policies.

2. Service Booking & Plans

• The ₹199 fee is a Project Initiation / Website Setup Booking fee demo, and technical planning.
• Full website deployment is offered separately under a Premium Plan with clearly displayed pricing.
• The ₹199 booking fee may be adjusted against the full plan, if applicable, as mentioned on the website.

3. Payments & Billing

• All prices are displayed in INR (₹) and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Payments are processed through authorized third-party payment gateways (UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking).
• By making a payment, you authorize us to charge the applicable amount for the selected service.
• Applicable taxes, if any, are borne by the customer.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

• Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, available on the website.
• The ₹199 Project Initiation Fee is non-refundable, as it covers professional time, consultation, and demo services.
• Refund eligibility for full website services, if applicable, depends on the stage of service delivery.

5. Third-Party Services

Our services may involve or reference third-party platforms such as:

• Website frameworks (e.g., Next.js)
• Hosting providers (e.g., Vercel)
• Google services (e.g., AdSense)

BVOOM does not control or guarantee approvals, performance, or outcomes from any third-party platform. All third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.

6. Intellectual Property

• All original content, materials, branding, and website structure provided by BVOOM remain our intellectual property unless stated otherwise.
• Upon full payment for website development services:
  • Ownership of the custom website created for you is transferred to you
  • Subject to third-party licenses (themes, plugins, tools)
• You may not reuse, resell, or redistribute BVOOM's proprietary materials without written permission.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree:

• To provide accurate and complete information
• Not to misuse the service for illegal or harmful activities
• Not to impersonate BVOOM or any other individual/entity

Any misuse may result in suspension or termination of services without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BVOOM shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Issues arising from third-party services or platforms

Our liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts only.
